podivné věci se dějí
v zemi zmítané válkou
bouře střídá krupobití
horko spaluje obilí
vojáci umírají za vlast
ptáci padají z nebe
vrány líbají těla
těch co zemřeli hlady
humanitární bombardování
pro všeobecné blaho
civilizace se musí šířit
a jak jinak než ohněm a mečem
minulost byla pohřbena
přítomnost je noční můra
budoucnost byla zrušena
ministerstvem války

heat burns the corn
soldiers die for the country
birds fall from the sky
crows kiss the bodies
of those who died of hunger
humanitarian bomb-dropping
for common well-being
civilization must spread
and how else than by flame and sword
the past was buried
the present is a nightmare
